My daughter Andrea Marie Westby DOB 7 10 82 and son Justin James Westby DOB 2 4 85 were adopted in the state of Wi. Outagamie co. in 1991 1992 mothers maidin name Charlene D Arnuldison age to date 45-46.I am the biological father James M Westby DOB 12 29 58 age 52.I would like to contact them or they me in hopes reconcillation.

For the people looking for their divorce records, contact the courthouse in the city where you were divorced and they will give you the information for how to obtain the records and it is usually $1 a page or less.

Trying to do a birth records search. The $40 bucks you put up front is just temp bank account that quickly runs out. If you hit back and go back in, it charges you each time. You quickly run out of your bank account of $40 and it wants more money to continue your searching
